- 3 lbs Manila Clams, cleaned
- 1 bottle of dry white wine
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Pour dry white wine in stock pot over high heat.
- Add butter and garlic and bring mixture to a boil.
- Add the rinsed Manila clams. Cover and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
