- 2 lbs spot prawns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- Slowly sauté garlic in butter
- Add cleaned spot prawns (1/3 to 1/2 pound per person).
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add white wine and simmer for an additional minute. Serve immediately.
