- 4 (6 oz.) fillets Chilean sea bass
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 bay leaf
- Preheat grill on medium heat and lightly oil grate.
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and bay leaf.
- Rub sea bass fillets with mixture and grill over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
