Glazed Coho Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Coho salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Add the salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Discard marinade and grill salmon about 6 minutes per side.
