Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Coho salmon fillet
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Add the salmon and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Discard marinade and grill salmon about 6 minutes per side.
