- 2 lbs large cocktail prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon of fresh horseradish, minced
- 1 container of whipped cream cheese
- Lemon wedges
- Water crackers
- To prepare prawns, wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on serving platter.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup and horseradish. Adjust amounts to taste.
- Serve with whipped cream cheese and water crackers. Garnish with lemon wedges.
