Cocktail Prawns


  • 2 lbs large cocktail prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh horseradish, minced
  • 1 container of whipped cream cheese
  • Lemon wedges
  • Water crackers


  1. To prepare prawns, wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on serving platter.
  2. In a small bowl, combine ketchup and horseradish. Adjust amounts to taste.
  3. Serve with whipped cream cheese and water crackers. Garnish with lemon wedges.
