Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Alaskan halibut fillet
- 1 leek, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1tablespoon butter
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Salt and pepper halibut fillets and place in a greased baking dish.
- Add leeks and white wine.
- Loosely cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
