Baked Alaskan Halibut

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Alaskan halibut fillet
  • 1 leek, cleaned and chopped
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Salt and pepper halibut fillets and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add leeks and white wine.
  4. Loosely cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
