The Chilean sea bass is available year-round and is imported to us on a daily basis.
The average serving size of Chilean sea bass is one half pound. Our fillets are presented skinless and boneless and will be 2-3 inches thick.

The Chilean sea bass, also known as Patagonian toothfish, is very similar to the black cod or sablefish of the north Atlantic. The toothfish is long-line harvested in the deep southern ocean waters of Antarctica, Argentina, Peru and Chile. The average commercially harvested Chilean sea bass weighs about 20 pounds, but it can grow to be 250 pounds. They live to be 50 years old.
