Our shipping method is designed to ensure that your order arrives at the peak of freshness. All our fish is shipped FedEx Overnight Monday-Friday (except holidays) for next day delivery.
All orders received before 8 AM, Pacific Time, will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. All orders received after 8 AM, Pacific Time, will be shipped the following business day.
For example: if you order fish on Friday before 8 AM, Pacific Time, your order will be delivered to your door on Saturday. Orders received after 8 AM, Pacific Time, on Friday will be shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Because of the perishability of our products and our strict quality standards, we cannot ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact customer service at our toll-free number.
We ship all our seafood in insulated styrofoam shipping boxes packed with gel-ice to ensure that your seafood remains fresh when delivered. Online orders receive order confirmation by email and we track all packages to ensure on-time delivery. Overnight shipping charges include the styrofoam insulated shipping box and gel-ice pack.
