Sautéed Spot Prawns - Recipe


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs spot prawns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Slowly sauté garlic in butter
  2. Add cleaned spot prawns (1/3 to 1/2 pound per person).
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add white wine and simmer for an additional minute. Serve immediately.
