Sautéed Spot Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs spot prawns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions:

  • Slowly sauté garlic in butter
  • Add cleaned spot prawns (1/3 to 1/2 pound per person).
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add white wine and simmer for an additional minute. Serve immediately.
